Registration of prospective undergraduate students for Study Programme of Fine Art, Faculty of Cultural Studies, Universitas Brawijaya has four admission pathways. The four admission pathways include:

Seleksi Nasional Berdasarkan Prestasi (SNBP), the National Selection Based on Achievment, can be accessed through SNBP;
Seleksi Nasional Berdasarkan Tes (SNBT), the Nasional Selection Based on Tests, can be accessed through SNBT;
Seleksi Mandiri Universitas Brawijaya (SMUB), an internal entrance selection held by Universitas Brawijaya, can be accessed through SMUB;
Seleksi Mandiri Penyandang Disabilitas (SMPD), part of SMUB specifically for persons with disabilities, can be accessed through SMPD.

SNBP

Achievement-Based National Selection (SNBP/Seleksi Nasional Berdasarkan Prestasi) is carried out based on the results of tracking academic achievements using report cards as well as student academic and non-academic achievements. The report cards used are semester one to semester five for SMA/SMK/MA with a study period of three years or semester one to semester seven for SMK with a study period of four years. The students’ academic and non-academic achievements that are assessed are the three best achievements.

Data management and processing for SNBP pathway selection purposes is carried out by the 2024 National Selection Committee for New Student Admissions (SNPMB/Seleksi Nasional Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru) together with the Educational Testing Management Center (BPPP/Balai Pengelolaan Pengujian Pendidikan) of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek). SNBP participants are not charged any fees. The costs of administering the SNBP are fully borne by the government. Registration

Eligible students are those who already have data in PDSS register for SNBP via the SNPMB Portal using the Student SNPMB account.
Applicant students must read and understand the SNBP provisions regarding conditions for choosing a study program and understand the requirements set by the target PTN.
Students registering for the Arts and Sports study program are required to upload portfolios and documents proving skills that have been approved by the Principal using the guidelines which can be downloaded on the Downloads menu.
Student applicants are required to print their SNBP Participant Card as valid proof of being a 2024 SNBP participant.
Re-register at the PTN where the prospective student is accepted following the provisions of the target PTN.

Student Requirements

A student of the final class of SMA/SMK/MA (class XII) in 2024 who has superior achievements.
Indonesian citizen (WNI) and has a Population Identification Number (NIK).
Has NISN and registered with PDSS.
Has a complete report card in PDSS.
It is mandatory to upload a portfolio for those who choose the Arts & Sports study program.
Has adequate health so that it does not interfere with the smooth learning process.
Has academic achievements and meet the requirements determined by each PTN.

Snbt

Test-Based National Selection (SNBT/Seleksi Nasional Berdasarkan Tes) 2024 is a college entrance selection carried out based on the results of the Computer-Based Written Examination (UTBK/Ujian Tulis Berbasis Komputer) and can be supplemented with other criteria in accordance with the provisions set by PTN Academic, PTN Vocational, or State Islamic Religious Universities (PTKIN) concerned. The selection can be taken by students graduating in 2022, 2023, and 2024 from secondary education (SMA/MA/SMK and equivalent), as well as Package C graduates in 2022, 2023, and 2024 with a maximum age of 25 years (as of 1 July 2024). The costs of organizing SNBT are borne by participants and subsidized by the government. To register for a UTBK account and further information can be accessed on the page SNPMB.

Log in to the SNPMB Portal using your SNPMB account
Complete your biodata
Fill in and complete biodata, upload the latest color passport photo, and verify biodata as well as download and upload a statement of blindness and/or visual impairment.
Selection of Study Programs and Upload Portfolio
Portfolio uploading is mandatory for participants who choose the Arts and/or Sports study program
Select UTBK Center
Obtain a UTBK fee payment slip for non-KIP higher education applicants
Make a payment

Download the UTBK-SNBT Participant Card
Enter the SNPMB Portal and select the UTBK-SNBT registration menu to download the UTBK-SNBT participant card

Student Requirements

Participants must have a Student SNPMB Account. Student SNPMB Account registration can be done on the SNPMB Portal.
Indonesian citizen (WNI) and has a Population Identification Number (NIK).
Have NISN and registered with PDSS.
Have a complete report card in PDSS.
It is mandatory to upload a portfolio for those who choose the Arts & Sports study program.
High school graduates from abroad must have an equivalent diploma.
Have adequate health so that it does not interfere with the smooth learning process.
Participants with special needs who are blind are required to upload a Statement of Blindness.
Pay UTBK fees.

SMUB

SMUB (Seleksi Mandiri Universitas Brawiaya) is a selection of new student admissions organized by Universitas Brawijaya. This selection uses two admission pathways through report cards and the results of the UTBK (Ujian Tulis Berbasis Komputer), Computer-Based Written Examination. SMUB has a quota of 30% for each study program. SMUB also has an admission pathway called SPKPD (Seleksi Program Khusus Penyandang Disabilitas), the Selection for Special Programs for Persons with Disabilities, or SMPD (Seleksi Mandiri Penyandang Disabilitas), the Independent Selection for Persons with Disabilities, through report cards and the results of the UTBK.
